Lightbulb Correspondence between the past and present

Correspondence between the past and present

When was reading old magazines or newspapers that were issued in the past
There was a special corner acquainted
, Before the world becomes a global village has become correspondence conducted via the Internet or SMS
At that time, messaging is done by regular mail, we eagerly await the arrival of the message
Letter at the time had a spiritual communication
They help the development of expression
Now it is correspondence-free by the Spirit does not feel the emotion of any kind

It is true that correspondence by e-mail quick but in many cases, be brief and non-emotional and perhaps shorten the symbols
So similar correspondence in ancient times, such as hieroglyphic writing

Snail Mail has a lot to be said for it. Modern communications just seem to increase the frantic pace of life, no wonder we all seem to be so stressed out.

I do like the modern way of communicating, things like email, its quick and easy. Not a fan of these instant messengers like MSN etc but yeah i am a great fan of the modern day email.

The thing with all the modern mediums for communication is that they can gradually begin to take over your life. Facebook, MSN, MySpace etc, etc. At least snail mail is relaxing and in many ways, an antidote to the stress of life.

Modern forms of communication are necessary and even desirable, but the real trick is controlling them and achieving a happy balance

I agree Mark, i distinguish between what i see as business correspondence and social, for things that are not social i do like the modern form of communication. As i say its quick, easy to keep copies and i think very efficient. For the social side again i do like emailing but not a fan of things like social networking as a form of keeping in touch.

I have to say I prefer email. It's quicker and easier and is almost certain to get to the other person, unlike old fashioned postal mail these days.
