Inside my watering can is thick layer of algae that I can not remove -- do you have any tips?
I can not reach all spots of the watering can with a brush and have also tried to solve it using vinegar with little success.

How about warm water and baking soda and letting it sit for a while?

That might work.
I know my grandmother used a mixture of "green soap" (a soft soap used for floors and such) and baking soda in hot water to remove algae from garden furniture and tiles. Those old household tips often work very well...

Thank you! :flowers: I'll try this tomorrow and let you know if it worked.

It works. I could get rid of most algae, only one small spot inside the handle is left. Thanks! :)
