Beef Rissoles With Mash Potato
Servers 4 Prep 15 cook 10 mins
500g Lean beef mince
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 red onion, greated
1 egg
1 garlic cloved crushed 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
11 tablespoon olive oil
mash potato ( use packet mash potato or make it yourself from fresh potato)
green beans and gravy
to sereve.
1: In a large bowl, combine mince, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, parsley, sauce and garlic. Season to taste. Shape mixture into 8, even sized flattened patties.
2: Arrange on a baking try and chill for 15 mins.
3: Heat aoil in large frying pan on medium. Cook patties for 4-5 mins each side until golen and cooked through. Drain on paper towel and serve with mash, beans and gravy.
