Why do dogs alway have something wrong with them in the early hours???

Poor Dippy has got the runs...big time and I've spent an age cleaning up after her.

I'm now wide awake at 2.47am and she is fast asleep.

Things always seem worse at that time of night, same when kids are unwell.

I think the body must be at it lowest ebb at that time. Hope Dippy is better this morning.

She's not herself but thankfully she's not got the runs anymore.

She's layed on my knee as I type...not an easy task as she's 20kg and a very long dog.

Aww poor Dippy :(

As Louise said children (especially my youngest) are usually unwell at 'crazy' o'clock!!

I ended up taking her to the vets this morning.

She's got some meds to help calm her gut and she's had a small meal tongiht and is feeling a bit better.

Thankfully she seems back to her normal self this morning.

She's such a sensitive soul and reacts so badly to so many things, I've got to be really careful with her.

But who'd have thought something as simple as herbs would cause her to react so badly?
