fb's are friendship books, and we swap them back and forth. Friendship books are basically pieces of paper stapled together, anyway you like. Some are more decorative than others, and are sometimes called Decos. Basically with fb's everyone signs their name and address and interests and passes them on. you can make new friends this way. then, when an fb is full, the last person to have it sends it back to the owner.
